Artists attend celebrity workshops where they are fine tuned by industry professionals, before being placed in front of world renowned casting directors, agents, managers, record labels, the best in the entertainment industry and people truly in a position to launch your career. 

It is common for IPOP! to have 100 -150 international agents which you are guaranteed to be seen by.
